the Team Lead, Field Technology Engineer Position

In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing group responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex field technology projects that keep our business connected and secure.

What You Get to Do:
  • Lead and inspire by providing day-to-day leadership for a team of skilled engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Architect the future by designing and optimizing enterprise network architectures, including Cisco ACI, DNA Center, SD-WAN, and integration with cloud platforms like GCP.
  • Drive innovation by overseeing strategic projects, implementing network standardizations, and championing continuous improvement.
  • Hand‑on impact by supervising network refreshes, firmware upgrades, and responding to tier 2/3 field support requests.
  • Collaborate across teams by working closely with cross‑functional partners to align network solutions with evolving business needs.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field of study from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Ideally, 7+ years in network engineering, with 5+ years in a senior or lead role (15 years preferred).
  • Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications preferred.

    Expertise in Cisco technologies (DNA Center, Firepower, SD‑WAN, Routing & Switching), enterprise architecture, and process development.
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead teams to success.
  • Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company’s core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments.
