Requirements- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years in quality engineering within manufacturing
- Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of FMEA and quality improvement tools
- Ability to navigate 3D CAD models (Solid Works a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and statistical analysis skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification a plus
