** About the Team Lead, Field Technology Engineer Position
**** What You Get to Do:
*** Lead and inspire by providing day-to-day leadership for a team of skilled engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
* Architect the future by designing and optimizing enterprise network architectures, including Cisco ACI, DNA Center, SD-WAN, and integration with cloud platforms like GCP.
* Drive innovation by overseeing strategic projects, implementing network standardizations, and championing continuous improvement.
* Hand-on impact by supervising network refreshes, firmware upgrades, and responding to tier 2/3 field support requests.
* Collaborate across teams by working closely with cross-functional partners to align network solutions with evolving business needs.
** What You Bring to the Table:
*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field of study from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education. An advanced degree is preferred.
* Ideally, 7+ years in network engineering, with 5+ years in a senior or lead role (15 years preferred).
* Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications preferred.
* Expertise in Cisco technologies (DNA Center, Firepower, SD-WAN, Routing & Switching), enterprise architecture, and process development.
* Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead teams to success.
* Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company’s core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments.
