When you join BW Design Group as a Sr. Project Manager, you are joining a team that will challenge you and position you for growth. In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world's leading companies convert capital spending initiatives into executable solutions. You will join our Project Development & Planning group and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality front-end planning and project development solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.

Lead the development of diverse and complex projects in the Food, Beverage, and Consumer Packaged Goods markets. By applying sound judgment and facilitating robust cross-functional solutions, you will drive the front-end planning and project development for manufacturing-focused capital investments. Lead the development of front-end programming, planning, schematic design and design development of process and packaging systems within CPG manufacturing facilities. Provide client & technical leadership in the development of capital projects for Food, Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods clients prior to design and construction.

Develop long-standing client relationships that are based on trust and technical competence. Expertise in project development and execution including; development of project plans and strategies, project resourcing, and overall project budgets that can be executed to achieve the client's investment objectives. Focus on overall project success and accomplishment of objectives related to scope, schedule, and budget, as well as critical elements of client satisfaction and client development.

Analyze and develop specialized manufacturing solutions to meet the client's objectives for new and existing cGMP facilities. Maintain knowledge of Food, Beverage, and Consumer Packaged Goods industry standards, best practices and regulatory requirements. Mentor…
