Operations

This position is responsible for new product developments ， product safe launch as well as q ualification and i ntroduction of new materials , refining process parameters to improve product in cost/quality/efficiency, leading process trouble shooting within workshop, and providing technical supports to production to achieve on-time delivery targets.

• Refine/ standardize process parameters to improve product in cost/quality/efficiency
• Lead troubleshooting for process issues within workshop ， build a lessons-learned database
• Provide technical supports to production to achieve on-time delivery targets
• Lead n ew r aw m aterial q ualification and i mplementation
• Lead ENC/TD / 4-New change involving Engineering , strictly following company procedures.
• Keep touch with global team on process troubleshooting ， e nhance the process capability of product.

• Develop new products and safe launch according to new product develop procedure.
• Responsible for engineering trial efficiency while taking key trial elements into consideration and make DOE
• To develop all technical documents for new products (e.g. product set-up sheet) and update timely
• Keep touch with sales team, global team on new product information.

• Be creative and innovative to strive for cost reduction activities

• Other tasks assigned by direct manager or supervisor

Lead ECN/T D/ 4-New change involving Engineering

BOM approval

SPEC sheet approval

Set up sheet approval

BS Engineering or equivalent

Major in mechanical engineering , plastic engineering or c hemistry-related Major

Over 3 years working experience in extrusion, plastics processing, rubber processing, injection molding industries experience is also acceptable .

• S ix sigma /lean training
• ISO system training
• Rich experience in mechanical engineering or plastic engineering
• G ood oral and written English is plus
• Familiar with LEAN & QCC, 6 sigma experience is plus
• P la stic extrusion experience is required
• Familiar with MS office

Proficient in AutoCAD

• Good practice in using analytical quality methods such as FMEA, SPC, problem solving methods

• P roblem analysis and resolve
