Catch Air is a larger-than-life indoor soft-play adventure park for children themed around a family. At Catch Air, we create a world of fun, adventure, and learning for kids of all ages! Our parks are filled with vibrant murals, exciting themes, and giant play structures designed to spark imagination and active play.

Job Overview:
As a Shift Manager at Catch Air, you’ll take the lead in ensuring smooth daily operations while creating a fun and memorable experience for kids and families! You'll supervise staff, manage workflow, and provide top-notch customer service, all while maintaining a clean, safe, and exciting environment.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Create an exceptional guest experience in a fun and engaging environment, ensuring every birthday celebration is memorable.
• Support the General Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment, including the front entrance, play areas, event rooms, and restrooms.
• Assist guests with inquiries and special requests while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and positivity, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Communicate any operational challenges or guest concerns promptly to management and suggest solutions as needed.
• Manage party schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service while keeping guests, coordinators, and managers informed.
• Handle difficult guest situations with professionalism while upholding company policies and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
