Our Service Advisors are trusted professionals who help customers maintain one of their most important investments. You'll serve as the bridge between our customers and our service team while building lasting relationships that create loyalty and drive success.

We provide the tools, training, and support you need to maximize your potential while delivering an exceptional ownership experience for every customer who visits our dealership.

• Greet customers professionally and build lasting relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
• Clearly communicate vehicle findings, maintenance needs, and repair recommendations
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Ensure every customer leaves confident in the service they received

• Manage repair orders efficiently from write-up through delivery
• Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure accurate recommendations
• Identify maintenance and repair opportunities that benefit customers
• Help drive labor sales, customer retention, and department profitability
• Support dealership objectives for customer satisfaction and operational excellence

The ideal candidate has:

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
• A customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and professional presence
• A desire to grow their career with an outstanding organization
• CDK & Xtime experience preferred
