Responsible for reviewing a full array of Consumer Loan Applications and decision in compliance with the Bank’s Loan Policies and Procedures. Reviews a wide array of Consumer Loan products and handles the more complex or specialize loans.

• Possess knowledge of credit analysis for consumer lending. Experience with Dodd Frank Qualified Mortgage and Ability to Repay analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and both business and personal financial statements and tax returns.
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of consumer compliance bank regulations in addition to the Office of Foreign Asset Control, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and the USA PATRIOT Act.
• Knowledge of general banking principles.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate effective time management in meeting the Bank’s efficiency standards.
• Ability to maintain focus and concentration in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Bachelor’s degree (business or finance preferred) or commensurate work experience, required.
• Three (3) years of banking, credit underwriting and or lending experience and a basic knowledge of real estate products, required.

Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
