A rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with extensive knowledge of Quick Books and cost accounting, as well as a proven track record of success in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Develop and implement cost accounting procedures to accurately track and allocate direct and indirect costs.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and budgets, providing regular reports to management.
• Supervise a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and systems.
• Conduct regular audits and internal controls to maintain the accuracy of financial records and ensure the company's financial stability.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a CPA certification.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, with a strong focus on cost accounting and Quick Books.
• Supervisory experience and the ability to manage a team of financial professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quick Books.
