FY26 US Seasonal Tax Manager – Wealth and Asset Management Partnership – Remote – GCR FSO

We are seeking an experienced seasonal tax manager to support our private partnership clients. The role is remote within the United States with no travel required.

• Provide reviews of partnership tax returns and related K‑1 extraction data.
• Work closely with the team to prioritize multiple complex projects.
• Produce technical writing and research in a tax context.

• A strategic eye toward prioritizing when working on multiple complex projects.
• Influencing skills, and the confidence and curiosity to question existing processes.
• Experience reviewing K‑1 extraction data and footnotes, and reviewing federal and state partnership tax returns.
• Experience with corporate tax extension requests for corporate tax returns.
• Comfort with working remotely in a virtual team environment.

• Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant investment or operating partnership tax compliance experience.
• Proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
• Knowledge in partnership tax technical and transactional skills.>

• Proven record of excellence in public accounting in a top or mid‑tier firm.
• Experience with hedge funds or private equity funds preferred.

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90/hr to $120/hr.
