Are you an experienced financial advisor looking to elevate your career with a firm that’s growing, thriving, and focused on long‑term client relationships? Financial Consultants Group (FCG), a fee‑only fiduciary RIA celebrating 30 years of service, is expanding our team in meaningful ways. With continued strong organic growth, a potential acquisition of another advisor’s book, and our new office in the Alpharetta/Milton area, we’re seeking a dedicated and growth‑oriented Financial Planner / Wealth Manager to join us.
WhatWe’re Looking For
- 8+ years of financial advisory experience, preferably in a fiduciary planning environment
- A portable book of business is ideal (not required), with interest in continuing to build a client base
- Strong financial planning skills and the ability to guide retirees, pre‑retirees, and high‑net‑worth families
- Desire to be part of a collaborative, relationship‑focused culture
- A natural communicator who values long‑term client partnerships, integrity, and personalized service
At FCG, you’re not just joining a firm—you’re joining a well‑established, client‑centric team with a strong reputation and a clear vision for the next decade.
- A defined path toward partnership for the right advisor
- Immediate access to a steady stream of new clients, thanks to our marketing, referrals, and brand recognition
- Opportunity to work within a modern, high‑end office environment in Alpharetta/Milton/Cumming designed for collaboration and client experience
- A team that includes seasoned planners, paraplanners, operations staff, and marketing support—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional guidance
- Integrated tech stack including Redtail CRM, Right Capital, Morningstar, Axos/Schwab, and more
- A stable, respected firm with 30 years of success serving Georgia families
- Competitive compensation, benefits, and long‑term growth economics
- Serve as a lead advisor or co‑advisor for incoming and existing client relationships
- Provide comprehensive planning—from retirement and tax strategies to estate, investment, and life planning guidance
- Assist with the transition and onboarding of any acquired book of business
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships centered around trust and thoughtful advice
- Contribute to firm initiatives in marketing, client experience, and strategic growth
- Uphold the highest standards of fiduciary care
This role is perfect for an advisor who wants:
- The freedom and character of a boutique RIA—with the stability and structure of an established firm
- A real succession and partnership pathway
- The ability to scale their practice without the burden of going it alone
- A positive, warm, and community‑based culture with deep roots in Alpharetta/Milton/Cumming
If you’re an experienced advisor looking to join a growing, respected firm—and you value integrity, client loyalty, and a team‑first mindset—we’d love to talk with you.
Please submit your resume and a short introduction outlining your experience and career goals.
