This is a part-time on-site role for a Client Success Manager located in Alpharetta, GA. The Client Success Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, serve as the main point of contact for clients, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively. Responsibilities include resolving client inquiries related to tax planning and accounting services, collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client experience, and supporting the implementation of tailored financial strategies for each client.

• Relationship management, communication, and client interaction skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience with customer service and client onboarding processes
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field prefered
• Knowledge of financial compliance and tax regulations (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in financial services or a similar role is highly desirable
