Position Overview:
The Tax Associate will lead and support M&A tax engagements, including transaction structuring, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tax due diligence and analyze deal structures.

• Advise clients on tax-efficient transaction strategies.

• Research and interpret tax implications of M&A activity.

• Work closely with partners, clients, and deal teams.

• Monitor developments in tax law affecting transactions.

Qualifications:

• CPA license required.
