** About the Job
** The Senior Finance Manager, Product & Client Engagement, is a key member of the Insurance Finance Decision Support team and serves as a strategic finance partner to Product and Client Engagement leadership. The role provides financial insight, challenge, and decision support to drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and investment decisions. This position leads a team of three finance professionals and requires strong business acumen, analytical capability, executive communication, and the ability to influence across the organization.

** Responsibilities*
* * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Finance Decision Support team, establishing clear priorities and accountability while fostering initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Serve as the primary Finance Decision Support partner to Product and Client Engagement leadership, providing financial insight and constructive challenge to support revenue growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making.
* Develop a deep understanding of product, client, and commercial economics and translate business and market drivers into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
* Provide leadership and analytical support for the annual strategic business plan, forecasts, budget, and other key planning processes, including identification and assessment of risks and opportunities.
* Partner with Product and Client Engagement leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, investments, pricing, and commercial initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and business cases.
* Analyze revenue, product, client, and profitability performance to identify trends, underlying business drivers, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve results.
* Translate financial, operational, and commercial performance into clear insights and recommendations that influence strategic and tactical business decisions.
* Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business cases, investments, costs, returns, and scenarios that support growth and resource allocation decisions.
