We are seeking a full‑time or part‑time, on‑site Salon Coordinator to join our team in Alpharetta, GA.

As the first point of contact for clients, the Salon Coordinator plays a key role in shaping the guest experience. This position oversees front desk operations, manages appointment scheduling, and ensures each client receives exceptional service. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming and organized salon environment, answering phone inquiries, assisting clients with their needs, coordinating stylist appointments, and performing essential receptionist and administrative duties to support the team.

• Strong phone etiquette and appointment scheduling skills
• Experience with receptionist or customer service responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in a fast‑paced setting
• Familiarity with salon management or scheduling software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in beauty, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
