• Total average hourly compensation includes hourly base, discretionary tips, and bonus pay.

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure every client feels welcomed and valued.
• Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform hair and beard cutting, trimming, and styling according to client preferences, and other services including massages, color services, shaving, and waxing.
• Use our POS system accurately to add notes to client accounts.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
• Work cohesively with the salon team to achieve performance goals.

• Valid State of Georgia Cosmetologist or Barber License.
• Superior client service and communication skills.
• At least one year of salon or barbershop experience.
• Proficiency in men’s grooming, particularly haircuts and beard care.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
