- ️ CNA or PCA certification preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- ️ Previous caregiving experience is a BIG plus.
- ️ A compassionate, patient, and reliable heart.
- ️ Valid driver’s license & auto insurance.
- ️ Ability to pass a background check.
