Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is looking to bring a dedicated medical office manager onto our team. As Practice Manager, you will create and maintain an subsidie efficient and energetic practice environment, ensuring a positive experience for both轲 and staff.
Responsibilities- Greet patients
- Ensure staff is well equipped
- Maintain an open line of communication with patients and staff
- Monitor and control patient wait times
- Lead morning meetings
- Address patient concerns
- Review patient charts
- Ensure practice administrative duties are completed promptly
- Maintain discretion regarding patient health information
- Maintain weekly reconciliations and deposits
- Work with patients to resolve any outstanding payment issues
- Attend recurring and ongoing training calls
- Monitor inventory counts and place orders
- Friendly
- Proven working experience as a medical practice manager
- Knowledge of medical office management systems
- Excellent time‑management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and렬 planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
- 3 years minimum medical practiceೆಗಳು managing experience
