7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/

Experience:

Must have been continuously working in this speciality for the past 24 months, with no breaks in employment over 30 consecutive days.

Unit Details:
Outpatient orthopedic total joint physician practice.

Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday schedule. No call.

Northside holiday expectations:
Must work 2 major holidays out of 3:
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, and 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve.

You should be expected to work 1 Minor Holiday out of these 3:
Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve.

Floating Requirements:
Floats to Northside Total Joint Specialists in Cumming and multiple locations (2000 Howard Farm Drive, Suite 200, Cumming, Georgia 30041).

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

Driver’s license required for submission
