The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead and inspect rooms, ensuring guest rooms are comfortable, inviting, and clean. As a supervisory role, you will lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and House persons to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability.

• Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and House persons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess inventory, assign tasks, and inspect rooms.
• Verify and report room status and discrepancies.
• Monitor stock rooms, carts, and designated inventories.
• Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance and repair of guest room and public area items.
• Perform Room Attendant and/or House person duties as needed.
• Inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
• Clean rooms as required.
• Physically move and/or operate large objects such as housekeeping carts, furniture, large bags of linen, vacuums, and boxes of inventory.
• Operate a computer.

Physical stamina and ability to handle large equipment; strong organizational and supervisory skills; knowledge of cleanliness standards; proficiency with computer systems.
