Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and requirements.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or similar certification is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
