Talent Connections, LLC ()has been retained to identify a Senior Human Resources Generalist for Faith Bridge Foster Care. Faith Bridge is a growing,financially solvent, faith-based organization in Alpharetta, GA. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will perform all aspects of the human resources function at the professional level with strategic focus on talent acquisition. Reporting to the President and CEO and serving as a key member of the Faith Bridge team, the individual in this role must be experienced, hands-on, versatile, results-driven, self-motivated, resourceful, and innovative.

The Sr. HR Generalist will possess both advanced generalist and talent acquisition experience and will serve as the standard bearer for delivering meaningful HR services and support to the organization, ensuring alignment with Faith Bridge’s organizational goals and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration
• 7+ years of human resources experience required, preferably in a Generalist capacity and in a Christian or faith-based, non-profit setting.
• HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
