We are a strong and stable manufacturing company in Alpharetta, seeking a Junior HR Specialist who is bilingual to join our team. As a Junior HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR support to the organization, primarily focused on our Spanish‑speaking employees. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews.
  • Manage employee files and ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping.
  • Assist with the administration of HR programs such as benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • Provide support to employees with HR‑related questions or concerns, and refer complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
  • Assist with HR compliance efforts, including EEO reporting and I-9 verification.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
  • 1‑2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
