Job Type: W2 Contract - 12 months
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Pay Rate: $22 - $29/ hour
Our Brokerage firm is seeking an HR Associate to join the Alpharetta HCM Service Delivery team. This team provides operational and advisory support to HR Business Partners, employees, and managers across the firm throughout the employee lifecycle. The HR Associate will focus on day-to-day HR operations, process optimization, and partnership with various HR product areas to ensure efficient and consistent HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily HR support to employees and managers, including answering policy questions, supporting offboarding, assisting with immigration and mobility inquiries, processing leaves, and preparing employment verification letters.
- Support HR Business Partners with cyclical and ad-hoc HR processes such as performance reviews, talent assessments, diversity initiatives, promotions, compensation, and audit preparation.
- Manage employee job change transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR partners to support people initiatives and ensure alignment on HR processes.
- Coordinate and project manage planned and ad-hoc activities for the HR Business Partner team.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Document best practices through job aids, training materials, and updated process guides.
- Track and log HR service requests, ensuring timely follow-up, completion, and accurate reporting.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure confidentiality in all HR matters.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR or operational experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; adaptable communication style.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and elevate issues appropriately.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Solid problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Working knowledge of core HR functions and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Visio is a plus.
