About the job JX - Human Resources Associate Level I3 Years
Contract (12 Months)
Pay Rate USD 27 hourly
Responsibilities- Manages intake of all ad-hoc reporting requests on behalf of HR Employee Solutions
- Identify appropriate next steps in reporting / triage report request (drive users to self self-service, reroute to Data & Analytics or handle within HRES)
- Owning appropriate reporting requests from intake to output
- Understands appropriate data sensitivity and governance
- Partners with Process Optimization team to document reporting requests across all business units
- Partners with Process Optimization team to identify process standards across all business units
- Candidate must have strong Excel skills and data/analytics experience. Experience with process documentation preferred.
