You’ll start by learning the recruiting side (talent + delivery), and over time you’ll gain exposure to sales (client growth + solutions). At the end of the rotation, a determination on the path where you’re most likely to thrive:

With a base salary + commission, this role offers uncapped earning potential where your effort and results are rewarded.

Most entry-level roles give you a starting point. This one puts you on a fast track:

• Structured training in recruiting + sales fundamentals
• Hands-on experience in high-demand industries (IT and Creative/Marketing)
• Mentorship from experienced recruiters and sales leaders

You’ll learn how high-performing teams get built:

• Identify and engage candidates through sourcing and outreach
• Screen talent and learn how to assess skills and fit
• Coordinate interviews, prep candidates, and support offers
• Build a network of potential candidates

As you ramp, you’ll also start learning the client side:

• Learn how we find and win business
• Support client calls and learn discovery questions + consultative selling
• Understand how staffing/professional services solutions are structured
• Begin practicing outreach with coaching and measurable goals

• Goal-oriented, enjoy rising to challenges, and seeing results
• Confident communicating (phone, email, and face-to-face/virtual)
• Coachable, curious, and motivated by learning fast
• Organized and able to manage multiple moving parts

No staffing experience required. We hire for drive, grit, and communication.

The annual base salary for this position is $60,000 plus uncapped commission. Benefits available to full‑time employees include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and commuter benefits.
