- Lead the design and development of interactive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Translate UX wireframes and design mockups into high-quality, responsive, and performant front-end code.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine designs and ensure technical feasibility.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics data.
- Build reusable code and libraries to support scalable product development.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and accessibility compliance (WCAG standards).
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to establishing UX and UI development best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends, front-end frameworks, and design tools to continuously improve product quality.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI development or front-end engineering.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and agile development environments.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, usability testing, and A/B testing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Type Script and CSS-in-JS frameworks (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion).
- Understanding of design systems and component-based architecture.
- Experience with motion design or animation libraries (Framer Motion, Lottie).
- Previous experience in a product-focused or SaaS environment.
