Cloud Developer Gen AI & ADK

We are seeking a Cloud Developer with expertise in Generative AI and Agent Development Kit (ADK) to design and build innovative applications that transform developer interactions with cloud technologies. This role is central to our agent-oriented software engineering (AOSE) journey, combining conversational AI, intelligent workflows, and integrated agents to automate and enhance the developer experience.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of an agentic customer engagement platform using Generative AI.
• Integrate agents, tools, and cloud services to ensure seamless functionality and efficient workflows.
• Monitor, operate, and optimize solutions for performance, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
• Develop autonomous agents capable of planning, executing, and monitoring tasks across cloud platforms.
• Integrate LLMs, vector search, and ML capabilities to power conversational experiences and intelligent recommendations.
• Collaborate with software engineering and security teams to ensure production-readiness and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to architectural strategy.
• Drive automation and workflow optimization using modern tooling.

• 10+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI.
• Familiarity with Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Strong skills in prompt engineering for optimizing Generative AI outputs.
• 5+ years of software development experience in Python, Go, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), including networking, security, containerization, and serverless technologies.
• Deep understanding of observability tools (monitoring, alerting, logging).
• Experience with CI/CD tools for automated testing, deployment, and provisioning.
• Ability to manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and conduct post-mortem reviews.
• Practical experience with MLOps principles and cloud-based data engineering.

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services).
• 5+ years in SRE, Dev Ops, MLOps, or infrastructure roles supporting large-scale systems.
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring junior engineers.
