We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud professional to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions that enhance sales efficiency and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud features, strong technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering scalable and high-quality solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to ensure effective CRM adoption and business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features, including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Products, Price Books, and Forecasting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement automation using Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and Apex triggers/classes.
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs or middleware.
  • Ensure data integrity with validation rules, duplicate management, and security controls.
  • Support testing, deployment, and user training activities.
  • Assist with UAT and provide post-implementation support.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data model and sales business processes.
  • Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce

    Certifications:

    Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Background in B2B or B2C sales processes.
Certifications

Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred).

Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator (preferred).
