We’re looking for a Senior QA Analyst who thinks like a Business Analyst — someone who can dive into requirements, map processes, translate business needs into testable logic, and then put that logic through the wringer. This is not a “click around and hope something breaks” QA role. This is a hybrid analytical powerhouse who can gather requirements, write user stories, validate them through thorough testing, and partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver reliable, high-impact software.

We’re looking for a Senior QA Analyst who thinks like a Business Analyst — someone who can dive into requirements, map processes, translate business needs into testable logic, and then put that logic through the wringer.

• Quality Assurance
• Own end-to-end testing across UI, API, and backend components
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual test plans, test cases, and regression suites
• Perform API testing using Postman; validate business logic, payloads, and error handling
• Lead regression cycles and coordinate test efforts across releases
• Ensure defects are documented with clear steps, data sets, and impact
• Contribute to testing process improvements, including STLC best practices
• Drive root-cause discussions with development teams to prevent repeat issues
• Business Analysis
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable scenarios
• Perform process mapping to uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and edge cases
• Wireframe workflows, UI concepts, and user journeys
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to align requirements with technical feasibility
• Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off
• Project & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Serve as a trusted liaison between business teams, developers, and leadership
• Manage small initiatives or work streams using Agile concepts and ceremonies
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and requirement walkthroughs
• Ensure traceability from requirements → test cases → release validation
• Communicate risks, timelines, and dependency impacts clearly and proactively

• 5+ years in QA, with at least 2+ years doing BA or hybrid QA/BA work
• Strong grounding in software testing concepts, STLC, defect management, and regression cycles

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Postman
