Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and define business processes to migrate legacy Oracle HRMS systems to a cloud-based Workday HRMS system.
• Implement testing strategies and configure modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition.
• Design, configure, and automate business processes using TOSCA to enhance application systems including Hire, Change Job, Termination, and Propose Compensation.
• Develop custom reports, advanced reports using Workday report writers.
• Build custom integrations (Inbound/Outbound) via core connectors and EIBs, manage integration using Calculated Fields, EIB, Document Transformation, Workday Connector, XML, XSLT, and Web Services.
• Use EIB’s and iLoad to load new data and update existing data in the tenant.
• Integrate third‑party systems with Workday using Mule Soft and CCW (Inbound and Outbound).
• Collaborate with business team to review report requirements and deliver knowledge transfer on developed reports directly to the client.
• Prepare test cases, user acceptance test cases, and perform bug fixing.
• Collaborate with HR to create and maintain a Workday roadmap to extend functionality and new capabilities.
• Keep the team up‑to‑date with Workday releases, review release notes, and schedule internal release review meetings.

• Full‑time position.

• Master’s Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
