Gather requirements (functional and non-functional) by using various techniques such as workshop facilitation, site visits, data, task and workflow analysis. Create, analyze use cases, user stories, functional specifications, diagrams, technical documentation to fulfill requirements given by HR and Business stakeholders.

Participate in technical meetings between departments such as QA, Dev Ops and vendor project-related teams. Work through full cycle of Workday Implementation from discovery phase to project planning, design, develop, implement interfaces (Recruitment, Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance). Create custom reports, calculated fields and custom objects for desired reports using appropriate data source, business objects using Report Writer tool.

Maintain, edit Business Processes, Domain, Role and User-based security as needed. Test data moved from legacy systems like Oracle EBS, MyMicros, Infor, Ultipro, multiple third-party systems. Plan, coordinate, execute system and user acceptance testing. Execute CRPs/FAT and UAT by business users. Log, view, access, follow up, close Service Requests (SRs) online. Conduct E-to-E System Integration Testing (SIT). Identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for knowledge transfer/training.

Tools and utilities:
Workday – Core Connector, EIB, Report Writer, JIRA, Soap UI, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JSON, Mule Soft, SOA, Business Events Engines, Microsoft Visio, Tableau, Azure, MS Suite.

Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Master’s in Business Administration or Equivalent. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
