Job Description
Gather requirements and define business processes to modernize legacy systems to cloud-based solutions such as Oracle WMS, Oracle ERP, and Workday HCM. Configure and validate Workday Core HCM modules including Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence and Leave, Payroll, and Time Tracking. Develop and design Oracle manufacturing modules such as WIP, BOM, OPM, and supply chain execution modules such as OM, PO, SE.
Support the setup of OTC and PTP process cycles in Oracle ERP. Define new features and enhancements to migrate legacy railroad e-commerce systems to newer applications hosted on the latest Java backend and frontend Angular versions. Develop and build TOSCA integration with Jenkins CI/CD pipeline, Jira, Neoload, and qTest to manage project development and quality assurance needs. Utilize multiple TOSCA features like UI, Vision AI, Data Integrity, and API testing for validation and automated quality checks.
Host all Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Prepare key implementation plan (KIP) documentation, generate reports, process flow diagrams, and Gantt charts.

Requirements
