Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM) Manager – Tech Consulting
EY is seeking a Service Now Consulting Manager to drive digital transformation for enterprise clients. The role leads Service Now ITSM initiatives, builds client relationships, and guides cross‑functional delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end Service Now ITSM work streams, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
- Facilitate client working sessions, driving workstream planning through execution to closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
- 4–6 years of Service Now ITSM project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of one of the following Service Now certifications:
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management;
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations or SAM. - 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability and organization.
- Leadership experience supervising cross‑disciplinary teams of 5–10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet client needs.
- Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
- Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
Competitive base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. The total rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
