As a Solution Sales Expert, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by positioning Amdocs AI solutions to strategic customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with our AI portfolio to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Although our preference is for candidates based in Atlanta, we welcome applications from qualified individuals nationwide.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans for AI solutions across targeted accounts. Identify new business opportunities and drive end-to-end sales cycles.
- Solution Expertise: Articulate the value proposition of Amdocs AI offerings, including Generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation solutions. Collaborate with product and delivery teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Conduct workshops, demos, and presentations showcasing AI capabilities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on AI trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
- 8+ years in solution sales, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
Qualification:
- Experience in Telco BSS/OSS domains (billing, CRM, order management, network orchestration) is preferred.
