• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, fault‑tolerant systems on AWS.
• Define reliability models using SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to ensure system stability and performance.
• Build and maintain automation pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Develop reusable Infrastructure‑as‑Code modules for scalable, multi‑account AWS environments.
• Establish observability standards and create dashboards leveraging Elastic Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Integrate AIOps and anomaly detection for proactive monitoring and issue prevention.
• Lead high‑severity incident response, root cause analysis, and post‑mortem reviews, driving continuous reliability improvements.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and Dev Ops teams to embed SRE principles and automation into all delivery processes.
• Mentor engineers and maintain architecture documentation, operational standards, and templates for SLOs, post‑mortems, and change management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years in Dev Ops/SRE roles, with expertise in distributed systems and cloud operations (AWS preferred).
• Telecom domain experience is a plus.

• Deep knowledge of AWS services (EKS, EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC, Kafka, Cloud Watch, API Gateway, Lambda, WAF, KMS).
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Python, and Bash.
• Expertise in observability tools (Grafana, Elastic Stack, Prometheus).
• Experience with Kubernetes and microservices reliability.

• AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer or Solutions Architect – Associate.
• Terraform Associate or Kubernetes Certified Administrator (CKA).
• SRE Foundation or Google SRE certification.
