Overview
Title: Help Desk Analyst
Onsite: Onsite 5 days a week
Duration: 6 month contract+ extensions - potential to convert perm
Pay Rate: $25-28 per hour
Base pay range$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical assistance to customers in a fintech environment
- Check internal emails daily and respond to internal requests
- Resolve complex issues and troubleshoot bugs
- Escalate problems to the appropriate teams when needed
- Collaborate with other support specialists to assist internal clients
- Handle 3-5 incidents daily, using Jira for all activity
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with Jira ticketing systems
- Hands-on hardware support, shipping assets/equipment, and troubleshooting bugs
- Laptop support experience
- Information Technology
