Are you a visionary technologist with a passion for aligning complex IT systems with business strategy? We're looking for an experienced Business Architect to help shape and scale enterprise‑wide technology solutions that support innovation, interoperability, and long‑term success. These positions will be part of a new AI and emerging solutions team for one of the largest healthcare providers in Georgia.

As a Business Architect, you will serve as a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role collaborates directly with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals, identify pain points, and translate these into actionable technical plans and architectures. Acting as both a consultant and solution designer, the Business Architect plays a pivotal role in change management, solution design, and business impact analysis.

The position supports the development and delivery of innovative business solutions in coordination with product managers, project managers, developers, quality assurance, and other enterprise stakeholders.

• Partner with process architects, technical architects, project managers, and business leaders to build and deliver value‑driven solutions.
• Lead joint design sessions and workshops to gather and validate requirements with business users.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture plans.
• Support the development of business cases, including defining and evaluating project impact.
• Design and deliver solutions encompassing process workflows, business logic, and user interfaces.
• Facilitate process execution, decision‑making, and exception handling across departments and systems.
• Conduct gap analyses on existing processes and recommend improvement strategies.
• Ensure alignment between technology and business goals to support digital transformations.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration/Management.

• Minimum of 5 years in business architecture, business process management, or strategic management.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical roles such as software engineering, solution architecture, application automation, server hardware maintenance, or network administration.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or strategic decision‑making role.
• Hands‑on experience with business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK, or Zachman).
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders to achieve business goals.

• Ability to understand and translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of how business processes align with enterprise technology.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and how to support them through architecture.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional collaboration and solution delivery.

• Experience with in the healthcare industry, particularly in navigating healthcare value streams.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, CBAP, or other relevant business architecture credentials.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or similar iterative delivery frameworks.
• Experience designing or implementing business architecture solutions within complex or regulated environments.
