Job Summary:

Computacenter is a leading independent technology partner, trusted by large corporate and public sector organizations. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support Logistics & Technical Services processes by collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple software platforms collecting data from one and processing within a groupwide SAP system.

• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Analyze datasets to identify trends & patterns.

• Create and maintain data models, pipelines, and workflows.

• Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI and Pyramid.

• Transform complex data into compelling stories for various stakeholders, emphasizing service statuses and improvement strategies. Interpret and communicate data findings.

• Leverage continuous service improvement techniques to suggest improvements based on trends and insights.

• Provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

• Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role

• Solid working knowledge of Service Now

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Legally eligible to work in the United States

• Familiar with data analysis tools and frameworks

• Extensive experience with Service Now platform and Performance Analytics

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power

BI, Pyramid, Tableu, others)

• Basic knowledge of automation and bots

• Ability not only to analyze data, but suggest opportunities for improvement

• Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication, especially in constructing narratives

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred:

• Experience with service desk and/or onsite support environments is a plus
