As a member of the Digital Innovation team, you’ll work with a group passionate about technology and modernizing the payments landscape. Our client leverages technology in innovative ways to construct fully automated financial platforms in the cloud, utilizing machine learning, mobile, IoT, and advanced capabilities.
As an Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading teams by supporting their development, managing innovation initiatives, and providing technical direction across a diverse team of 10-15 product engineers, technical analysts, and automation engineers. You should have a hands-on approach, familiarity with open technologies, modern architecture, and an ability to foster a positive, energetic culture in an agile environment, dedicating 20-30% of your time to team building.

- Full-stack experience including Java, Docker, REST/JSON, RDBMS, and open source technologies.
- Experience working on large-scale, high-volume, user-oriented applications.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, business information systems, or related fields.
- Extensive UI software delivery experience (10+ years), including full-stack development, Dev Ops, and project management.
- At least 5 years in a managerial role with clear leadership attributes—setting direction, growing teams, goal setting, recruiting, and prioritizing.
- Heavy experience in modern UI technology, architecture, and automation patterns.
- Fluent, open communication skills—speaking, writing, collaborating.
