The team leverages various Service Now modules, Microservices, Cloud, API Management, and open-source technologies to enable end-to-end automation with safe and sound architecture at optimum cost.

What we look forWe seek highly motivated Senior Service Now Developers to successfully deliver Service Now solutions and services in a client consulting environment with a dedicated team of industry-experienced resources.
Your key responsibilitiesThe Service Now Senior Analyst will assist in project implementations while driving thought leadership through deep expertise in the Service Now platform, its product capabilities, and related technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions in a client-consulting environment, with a focus on areas such as Financial Services Operations (FSO), Customer Service Management (CSM), Customer Portal, Playbooks, NOW Experience, UI Builder, and Workflow Studio.

- Assist the technical Lead on implementation project teams, directing other technical consultants and testers.
- Assist Engagement Lead in workshops to gather agile user stories/epics/features using Service Now Agile or client-preferred Agile software.
- Direct customers on best practices across Service Now products and platforms.
- Develop Offerings, Solutions, and Designs for product implementations.
- Deliver Application UI Configuration and Workflow Configuration.
- Development of client-specific reporting needs, including Performance Analytics.
- Interface with Service Now technical product teams as needed.
- Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related.
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
- Creation and delivery of solutions for customers addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design and technical best practices and standards
- Collaborate and contribute to creating, deploying, and maintaining Technical Best Practices and Standards.
- Ensuring technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand and capture business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for Service Now configuration.
- Assist in designing and configuring a detailed end to end integration architecture using FSO capabilities and other core systems including any custom integration requirements utilizing REST and SOAP APIs as applicable
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 20%.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
- 3+ years of Service Now implementation experience with CSM implementations in a client consulting environment is required.
- 1+ years of Service Now implementation experience with FSO implementations in a client consulting environment is required.
- Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles required
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Certifications in Certified Service Now Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-CSM, and Application Developer (CAD).
