Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Manager at Touchmark National Bank, located in Alpharetta, GA. The IT Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the bank's technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing IT systems, ensuring data security, leading IT staff, troubleshooting technical issues, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and standards.

The role also involves recommending and implementing technology upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT systems management, including network administration, software management, and hardware maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, data protection measures, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Proven success in IT project management, team leadership, and problem-solving to address technical challenges effectively.
• Experience with banking or financial services technology is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. IT certifications (such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft) are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment at the Alpharetta, GA location.
