• 8+ years as a Software Quality Assurance Lead.
• Experience managing software/application testing for Insurance industry. Specialty and Commercial LOBs experience implementing new products and platforms is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Automation Testing Tools like Client QTP, Selenium, etc., especially how they are used in UI, Forms and Rating testing.
• Strong software engineering and development lifecycle knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience planning and testing UI as well as back‑office systems that require Web services or batch‑based integrations and implementations.
• Knowledge with performance testing tools (Load Runner, App Loader, etc.) and data profiling for representative load testing is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft TFS and Test Manager (MTM) for test management is preferred.
• Quality Assurance leadership experience with Guidewire Insurance solutions is highly preferred.
