• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience or internship.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Preference for candidates with at least one of the following criteria:
  College Degree.

• Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware/software problems.
• Install, modify, clean up, run diagnostic programs, and repair computer hardware/computer peripherals and software.
• Handle incoming phone calls regarding various customer service inquiries on Morgan Stanley accounts.
• Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
