Looking for MULTIPLE Windows Support Techs in North Fulton County. This is a fully onsite, hands‑on role supporting school campuses and district offices with critical classroom technology, hardware, and daily end‑user issues. • Troubleshoot Windows devices, printers, tablets, smart boards, projectors, and mobile devices
• Support LAN/WAN environments and assist with basic networking issues
• Perform device imaging, setup, and configuration for new deployments
• Maintain documentation, asset tracking, and inventory records
• Partner with Service Desk teams and IT coordinators to resolve tickets in a timely manner

• 70% Windows OS Support
• 20% Hardware Troubleshooting
• 10% Networking / LAN Support

• 5+ years providing technical/end‑user support in an enterprise or school environment
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills across laptops, tablets, printers, and A/V equipment
• Experience with LAN/WAN support, network connectivity troubleshooting
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Active Directory

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common browsers
• Reliable transportation for onsite school‑based support (mileage reimbursement available)

• CompTIA A+ Certification (or willing to obtain)
