Working Hrs- 8 am to 5 pm

• Work with the Senior IBP Functional Consultant and Architect to develop a build and delivery plan that meets the clients’ requirements and timeline aligned with their KPIs and definition of success.
• Leverage our LIFT delivery methodology and past project key learnings while building the required plan which uniquely fits the client situation.
• Establish a strong working relationship with the client business leaders and project sponsors.
• Be able to help clients understand how to integrate plans across different horizons.
• Support blueprint sessions to identify requirements and guide the design towards supply chain best practices.
• Lead Supply Chain and Decision Analysis to identify and size improvement opportunities in client’s supply chain planning, logistics and distribution networks.
• Consult client on their effective usage of ERP systems (particularly SAP) and adjacent systems as it interfaces with SAP IBP.
• Be prepared to potentially work across one or more projects (at one or more clients).
• Actively participate in the development and refinement of our Performance Improvement methods, tools, and capabilities.

  A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate these key requirements before formally entering our recruitment process:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP/APO Rollout or Production Support experience, of which more than 3 years should be in SAP IBP
• Should have excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP and have Roll out or Production support experience in supply chain planning processes S&OP, Demand planning, or Response and Supply planning.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Planning Solution (SAP IBP) and SAP S/4 and Overall knowledge of IBP architecture and capable of clearly communicating analysis & solutions to the customer.
• Maintaining Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation
• Good knowledge of SCM Integration with SAP ERP & overview of other related modules. Experience with complex Architecture / interfaces.
• Ability to comprehend complex business processes and create necessary documentation to capture these processes.
• Delivering high quality and efficient work (Business Issues and Tickets) within agreed SLAs and timelines and capacity to resolve general issues related to SAP IBP S&OP
• Working experience in SAP HCI setup and exposure to complex interfaces
• Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions.
• Customize and develop the SAP-system in a project team, supported by experts.
• Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.
• Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements and Developments to meet business needs.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills a must.
• Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented. Must be willing to work in a team.
• Project management skills will be a value add.
• SAP IBP Certification Associate highly desirable.
