Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale initiatives with a strong emphasis on change management, organizational communication, and stakeholder alignment. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of strategic programs and technology-enabled change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional programs from planning through execution in complex enterprise environments

• Drive change management strategies that support adoption, readiness, and sustained outcomes

• Develop and deliver clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences from executives to frontline teams

• Influence stakeholders at all levels to align on goals, priorities, and desired outcomes

• Use data, metrics, and KPIs to assess current state, measure progress, and inform decision-making

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise initiatives in project management, change management, or transformation roles

• Strong expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, Lewin)

• Proven ability to guide organizations through behavioral and technology change

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and KPIs to track progress and impact

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
