IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in enterprise content management solutions, is seeking a OnBase Business Application Analyst - GA/NE/NJ/WI to join their team. As a OnBase Business Application Analyst - GA/NE/NJ/WI, you will be part of the IT support team, collaborating closely with various business units to optimize document management and workflow automation. What's the Job?- Design, configure, support, and optimize the OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) system to meet organizational needs.
- Analyze business processes and implement application improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user-reported problems promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and infrastructure personnel to streamline workflows and system integration.
- Maintain security protocols and ensure compliance standards are upheld across all application activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience with OnBase administration and development.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and understanding of database management.
- Experience monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Moogsoft.
- Familiarity with Service Now, Clarity, and project management tools.
