Senior Digital Solutions Project Manager

What will you do?

As a Digital Solutions Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives. Your role will involve managing cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering innovative technology solutions on time and within budget.

• Lead and oversee digital solution projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, OT, cybersecurity, vendors) to deliver integrated digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
• Define project deliverables and milestones
  , develop detailed project plans, and manage dependencies across multiple work streams.
• Monitor project performance
  , identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data governance policies, and industry regulations.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, financial performance, and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Foster innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as IoT, cloud platforms, analytics, and AI.
• Support business development efforts by collaborating with sales teams to identify and pursue digital solution opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale digital or technology projects (IT/OT integration, cloud, IoT, analytics).
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, automation technologies, and cybersecurity principles
  .
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional teams
  .
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  .
• Proficiency in Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting is required
  .
• Proficiency in other project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
• PMP or Agile certification preferred; experience with digital transformation frameworks is a plus.
