As an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing infrastructure systems that are essential for Fiserv's operations and growth. Working closely with a dedicated team, you will address complex infrastructure challenges and ensure seamless integration and performance of various systems. Your contributions will be key in driving innovative solutions and supporting our clients, significantly enhancing our overall business success.

What you'll do:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.

Optimize infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise goals.

Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.

Stay updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Experience you'll need to have4+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management2+ years of experience with network management2+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)2+ years of experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)2+ years of experience in performance tuning and optimization2+ years of experience in infrastructure security2+ years of experience in data integration and ETL processes4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience6+ months of experience working with Fiserv platforms.

Experience that would be great to have:

Experience with Dev Ops practices

Understanding of automation scripting for infrastructure management

Experience in infrastructure scaling technologies

Important information about this role:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
